I'm very difficult customer but Dean did his job very very well and he was very friendly. He likes working in detail.. I've only showed a photo and he has done it very well.. It was one of the best haircut i have ever experienced.

This is my third time at gusto, was really happy with the result,loved the hair colour and the finish. The only thing is that there was a new staff. The receptionist was quite unpleasant and did not make me feel welcome. Bea and george appear to have left, which is a shame so the boss needs to find same standards if he is to hire new people.thx

Wonderful haircut and just magnificent service all round. Went before on a last minute booking and the place was pretty relaxed but on this occasion arrived on a Thursday afternoon around lunch time and the place was packed and buzzing. Despite this I felt extremely looked after, was offered drinks and the consultation was thorough, lasting around 15 minutes (I'm very fussy with my hair and always try and ensure stylists know exactly what I want) which is unheard of! So felt in very safe hands, the stylist (Mike?) has a very good eye for detail and clearly has a distinct passion for his job. Been getting compliments all weekend, am so pleased and will definitely be going back! Amazing, thank you!

Manoel was my stylist and he was brilliant. I have very long and thick hair, he knew exactly what to do, talked me through each stage of the package I got and matched my new highlights to my current colouring perfectly. I was really well looked after, offered drinks, and made to feel really comfortable. I would 100% go back again - thank you Manoel, love my new hair.
