I went for a half head highlight with hair cut. Unfortunately it didn’t go as expected. First disappointment was when I found out I had to pay an extra for the toner, which should be included in the price or be clearly mentioned. The colour was not as expected despite they tried to correct it. The cut was a complete disaster, even a beginner would have done better…another hairdresser had to step in to rectify (my thanks again to this lady who really saved the cut).
The price is too high for the standard of the hair salon which is very minimalist. I felt stressed there instead of relaxed.
Finally I would have appreciated some apology for the bad experience instead of additional pressure for me to pay for the toner that is really not worth the price!
Finally what really aggravated me is the brunette lady who was chatting just over me (without wearing any mask) when I had my head in the basin.
