Milo is the master of blow drys, I wanted a big blow dry as was going to an awards ceremony at Grosvenor House hotel and
wanted the red carpet look. In 45 minutes he transformed my hair and I received a lot of compliments all day.

The cut was done well enough, but the stylist put so much mousse in my hair that it couldn't be blow dried and then she ran her fingers through my hair which made it frizz up. There was no point in me having a conditioning treatment or blow dry as part of the deal because I had to wash my hair as soon as I left. I also wanted to make a comment on the lad that greeted me when I came in and took my coat, he was absolutely lovely and created a really nice atmosphere.

I came here after suffering from a dreadful haircut from my usual place. The place is small but busy and had a nice atmosphere to it. The guy doing my hair ( I think his name was Ben) actually took the time to listen as I had to explain what had gone wrong. He was really attentive and the deep conditioner he put in my hair was done with a lot of care and with an actual massage. He was really patient as well as my hair is thick and therefore takes forever to blow dry. He knew exactly what I wanted and the end result was great. Overall I've had an amazing experience here (considering the price this was a bargain) nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and an amazing hair cut at the end of it. This place is a real gem!

I had full head of colour plus wash, osmo conditioning treatment and blow dry and have awarded it a 4 stars. I definitely will go back again.
