Hairdresser was a very pleasant person , very friendly and smiley, however my hair were not cut properly and I had to make adjustments elsewhere only 2 weeks since I had the haircut. Highlights are not shown that much and I was charged £10 extra for an additional colour. Overall very dissatisfied .

This salon is a classic example of "don't judge a book by it's cover". It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I've never been disappointed. Attentive staff that always do an excellent job - the best value in London!

The staff are friendly, customer service is good in store (although it's bizarre there's no contact number), and the hairdressers know what they're doing! Pleased with my highlights, especially as I don't trust many people with my hair.
