Had a lovely cut, wash and blowdry here the other day. Atmosphere of the place was so-so but the hair dressing was spot on and my hairdresser was very nice and polite.

This time (4th or 5th) that I visited Gusto I noticed that a renovation had taking place, which I liked it a lot! There was some new staff as well that seemed highly competent. Unfortunately, the person the person that gave me the haircut must have been a trainee or really new to the job, cause she didn't really understand what I wanted and I didn't get the result I wanted... There was also a small communication issue since her English were not so good... As a result I got a few months behind on the hairstyle I am trying to create. Since I really like this place I will definitely go back, but chose carefully beforehand the person that I would like to have a haircut with.

This was my third visit to Gusto. It's always been really good but this time I felt I was a bit rushed and that he didn't understand what I wanted. I had a different guy than I normally do, but he was still super nice and I think we finally understood each other in the end. I would still definitely go back.
