Had a wash and blow dry and as always result is amazing.will keep returning to this Salon as all the stylist are brilliant and always create the look you want.
I went on Easter Sunday and the salon was short staffed and overbooked so I had to wait over half an hour for my appointment to start, the 2 hairdressers were juggling a few clients at the same time throughout my appointment meaning he had to keep stopping and starting my hair. I had booked a full head of highlights with conditioning treatment (which I didn't receive) and cut & blowdry. There was no consultation at all and the hairdresser went off to mix up colour straight away without checking what result I actually wanted, I had to stop him and ask. I could overhear the other hairdresser providing a full consultation to another client so I was really disappointed that I did not receive the same experience. There was a bit of a language barrier as well which meant there was very little conversation throughout. I felt a quite anxious at the start, especially as it was my first visit to the salon but my end result was nice even if it did take 4 hours to achieve. The lady at reception was very apologetic and did offer a discount at the end which I appreciated. I agree with the previous post, that this was not a relaxing way to spend my day, so I'm not sure if I would go back but i do think it could have been a much better experience if I had chosen a different day.
Great place for a haircut. I just wanted to take off the tips and get some shape back into my hair and that's exactly what I got. definitely a place I'd come back to.
The hair dressers where short staffed and the appointment had been triple booked. 2 stylists were trying to do 5 clients hair at the same time at somepoints. My hair turned out lovely but it was not a relaxing experience. the staff were lovely I just think if they are so understaffed they should cancel appointments so the clients they are seeing get the a proper treatment and experience.
This is a down-to-earth, youthful salon. Whilst not necessarily a 'luxury' salon, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and was treated excellently. I have quite thick, curly hair and came here after seeing a recommendation from someone describing a similar style. The stylist I saw had a great understanding of curly hair (and also gave a damn good head massage).
