I made an advance booking for a blow dry with John for an evening event. I loved the blow dry - John is outstanding and I would definitely go back to him. However he was not made aware of my booking and I had to wait for 30 minutes to see him which made me late for my event. This happened the last time too. In the future I would allow for 30-45 minutes extra time for them to be late- annoying but the hair services are worth it.

it didn't seem like the team was on board with the promotions available on Treatwell. A lot of customers before me were made to pay extra or to have a long an award conversation about how much they've paid online, and how much the hairdressers request to be paid. Overall all the staff was good at their job, but I found the arguments petty and unprofessional.

Very good price for central London. Lovely staff. Had a big suitcase as I had just arrived and they were accommodating about holding it for me. Lovely blow dry in particular!

I enjoyed this venue and the cut they provided and would come back here again.
Didn't have to wait too long before getting started, and it was pretty busy with loads of chairs in quite a small space but nothing to complain about. My only slight negative would be that the sylist doing my hair - although incredibly lovely -was spanish and her english not soo great so wasn't sure she understood what I was trying to convey in terms of what I wanted and I didn't really understand her when she said bits to me. Having said that, although she cut my fringe a little shorted than I would have preferred, I definitely left the salon looking good so can't complain! :o)
