Lovely blow dry, and the staff are super pleasant as always. There was a slight issue with overbooking which caused a slight delay but it was resolved in a prompt manner.

The most wonderful experience. Went to this salon previously, at the time they were in the middle of refurbishing, nonetheless they did exactly what I wanted. This time was even better, managed to fit me in at the last minute and was thoroughly welcomed as soon as I walked through he door. Had herbal tea and glass of wine. The cut and blow dry itself was probably the best I've had (while I've been in London that's for sure). Very meticulous in his cutting, the stylist clearly has a love for his job. Will definitely be using this salon from now on out. Can't recommend enough.

I have been to Gusto before - this was my third visit as I have been so impressed previously. Unfortunately it didn't live up to my previous experiences. I was left sitting with my hair in highlighting papers for much longer than normal. In part it seemed that it wasn't taking for soem reason, but at least 15 to 20 minutes of that was because my hairdresser was then dealing with another customers hair. Overall the colour is not as good as previously and neither is the cut . Perhaps he was too busy and distracted. Disappointed but will try them again.....

Gusto Hairdressing disappointed me initially. I arrived on time for my appointment and was left sitting there for over 30 minutes, which is fine I understand things run over, what I didn't like was noone coming to apologise or telling me they would be with me in a minute. It wasn't a busy salon including the hairdressers there were 7 people in there so it wasn't like they missed I was waiting. I just had the hairdressers (particularly the bald guy) looking over at me and not saying anything whilst I was left to sit in the corner. Acknowledging that I was waiting and that I would be there for over half an hour could have given me time to grab some quick dinner. However I will say, when Mike eventually came to do my hair he was very apologetic and got rid of a lot of broken ends and did a great job with the actual cut. So the haircut and Mike were both great, my hair came out in much better condition and I've had a lot of compliments. However general customer service could be improved and would make me hesitate to go back.
