I asked for 'a natural beachy wave' and got full on 80's perm curls, huge huge hair, the member of staff was lovely and tried to correct it but I left with a dodgy frazzled do.

Very good, amazing service had a very enjoyable experience but most important the cut and blow was one of the best I've ever had. Been to a fair few soho salons and they are not on the level of this salon so will definitely be going back and will no doubt recommend to friends, top marks x

Hairdresser was condescending and did not listen to what I wanted and tut'd/muttered under his breath if I asked him to cut a little more or style my hair a particular way. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I wanted to just leave as soon as possible. The rest of the staff were absolutely lovely though!
