The hairstylist was amazing. Carlo knew exactly what I wanted and the end result was more than I was hoping for. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5star rating is because the receptionist made things really awkward at the beginning, but once things settled everything was ok.

I went in not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair. I came out so happy with the results! They really listened to my idea and contributed great ones, always asking my opinion each step of the way. I've been to places where they just start hacking at your hair no questions asked so this was quite refreshing. The staff were very friendly especially since I couldn't make my appointment earlier than 6:30 pm. I stayed long past everyone had left and at no time did they make me feel rushed. Especially on a bank holiday.

Overall I rate my experience at Gusto 4 stars. I had a wash, cut, treatment and blow dry. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. My hair looked bouncy and shiny when I left. Very good value for West End London. Would come back.
