Have been twice to this salon. Had a very good experience the first time, which is why I went back. But although I booked with the same stylist he wasn't there, so that was disappointing. I did not enjoy the experience this second time. The place was so busy and I was left too long while the highlights 'cooked' because the stylist went to do someone else's haircut and it took longer than expected. I found the hair wash when it did come, rough and unpleasant. Then I was handed off to a junior to finish and I really disliked the way it was dried - nobody actually asked me what I'd like! I was unimpressed with the quality of the highlights and disappointed in the whole experience. Maybe you get what you pay for. Anyway I won't be returning.

Such a great little place in Soho – John did a beautiful job on my hair and cut it with so much care and attention. Excellent value for money and one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time.
