I asked for a trim and the hairdresser gave me a super short haircut that was completely different from the haircut I had before - he even gave me BANGS without asking me first and I absolutely hate bangs. I was so cross and told him it was nothing like my haircut and nothing like what I asked him to do and was told this is exactly what I wanted and that it looked nice and shooed out of the door. Never going back.

Been here 3 times and the staff always do a good job. The salon itself isn't anything special but it is good enough and a in central location.

I really like this place, but it is the second time they disappoint me.
When I come to a hairdresser is because I trust him/her, but then if they don't care that you would like to have your hair done by the professional you like/trust, what's the point of coming? It is like having a walk in service and I don't think that's what most costumers wish.
I schedule my appt with the professional I like it better on that last time there, through Treatwell and when I got there the receptionist told me I should select on the website the professional I wanted to, which I did. I though ok, maybe it was my mistake. Then this last time, to make sure I would have my hair done by Mike besides confirming it in here, I called 10am on the same day of my appt to make sure I would have my hair done with him.
When I got there, surprise again!! No Mike, asked the receptionist where was him and she said "No, you'll have your hair done by ... (...)"
Like, how hard it is to get my hair done by the professional I want? Nothing personal with the other ones, I just would wish my hair was done by the professional that handles my hair better!! If I'd wish a walk in service I'd go to anywhere close to my house and wouldn't travel till Central London for that!
Anyway, I do recommend this place, is just these little mistakes that makes us costumers upset.

I went for a big change and left feeling like a million bucks!
I don't normally like hairdressers but loved this one.
