Love it! I want her to do it again next time I have a party! Hair feels silky still days later after the conditioning treatment and she did exactly what I Wanted with my hair. It was quite small and not super-fancy but what they did was as good as any posh salon I've been to and they were friendly and very convenient in the middle of Soho.

The place is tiny and I was made to wait for over 30 minutes even though I arrived right on time for my appointment as they had overbooked. Moreover the haircut itself was very disappointing as my stylist thinned my hair to reduce volume significantly even though I had told him I have a tough time maintaining it as it grows out. He said he would only slightly remove the weight but by the end of it he had removed a lot more than we had agreed. Will not be going back.

I was waiting around for at least 20 minutes (really awful after a long day at work) in the salon before I even had my hair washed, by the time my haircut came round I was really ready to just be on my way home so opted not to have the blow dry or conditioning treatment. My haircut was nice, but the whole experience was horrific.
