I love this place, continues to be my 'go to' salon. Been away for 6 months but came back and the interior has changed a bit, a few new staff members though my favourite stylists remain. Always seem to be on point even when I ask for something a bit bolder, the customer service is excellent. Only thing is tricky to get an appointment on the weekends when I'm usually central, so it's seems bookings have to be organised days in advance, still much recommended!

I bought the package ‘60% off half-head highlights plus wash, Osmo conditioning treatment, cut & blow dry’ for ‘very long hair’ for only £71!
I went on a Sunday so it was nice and quiet and the staff were all very attentive and welcoming. I had my consultation and the colour was quickly mixed up and applied. I then had the wash and Osmo treatment. Then I had the blow-dry which I must say is the best blow dry I have ever had. The hairstylist did such a good job of drying my hair big and bouncy! It looked beautiful and I would return for a blow dry alone.
When I go for my highlights in other salons they always say I can’t go too blonde. The stylist here has really lightened my hair up and all of my friends have commented saying what a great job it is. I am really pleased with this salon and I plan to return.

I felt that more attention could be given to the decor, for example, there were vases (silver) and the on on my table had a dead flower drooping down the side and there were no flowers in any of the vases, such a pity! Attendees were spending a lot of time on their mobile phones but overall, the guy who washed and conditioned my hair did a super job and also the hairdresser John was extremely friendly and professional as was the assistant at reception. I'd go again as it was great value.

I really liked my hairdresser Emiliyan, although I wasn't really sure if he understood what I was asking for he followed his own judgement and I was really pleased with the results - even if it was a bit blonder than I had expected :-) very friendly staff, everyone else in the salon seemed to be pleased with their results too and I thought it was really good value for money with the 60% off

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I only went for a haircut, firstly the man cutting my hair did not talk me through the cut, but instead went straight into washing it. I did not enjoy the cutting experience at all, not only is there no atmosphere in the whole hairdressers but my hairdresser did not seem professional. He seemed rushed, when I asked him to take more off the ends since he never actually sat down to ensure my length was accurate, he only chopped the layers. He never got to know my hair and figure out what style I liked, he just asked how much. He did not try to shape it to my face. It was more of a stressful experience than anything else.
