I had the 60% package with cut and blow dry. Cut was only a trim, blow-dry was great. Moreno gave great advice on the upkeep of my hair so will probably be back and stick with him.
The only set-back I have is that I had to pay extra 10 pounds for toner , which I know is standard but too much was used.When I went out into the sunlight my hair was white with shades of purple...had an important event tonight which meant I had to wash and blow dry my hair again... so effectively that service was wasted.

This is probably the best hair cut I have had EVER. The stylist was so skilled and knew exactly how to cut my hair. I walked out beaming. My friend came with me and we were both amazed at our new hair cuts, styles and the fact that FINALLY our hair was cut properly (layers in the right places, etc.). I was so impressed as didn't know what to expect but it was honestly a pleasure. Will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you!

Felt rushed, was suppose to include a treatment but didn't get it, not sure they washed the conditioner out properly. Blow dry didn't hold at all, to the point I had to wash it the following day and restyle for a wedding (which was why I'd had it done). Friendly service but I think I just had a poor hair treatment.
