I've been to this salon numerous of times and have always come out happy. I can honestly say I've never felt on edge getting my haircut till this appointment. I had booked with Carmel whom cut my hair last time. As soon as I walked in I couldn't see her, no one said anything, after a 20 minute wait (!) a guy took me to a chair no introduction at all. I told him what I was after a basic trim and a slight fringe trim. The whole time I'm watching him hack into my hair. Paid for conditioning treatment like usual which I hightly doubt I received as normally I'm left with it soaking but not today. I came out with a short zigzag effect fringe, which has bizarre layers in. Such a shame I've enjoyed previous experiences at the salon, but now I won't return jut out of fear of getting an inexperienced hairdresser. I ended up going to a local salon after to get it sorted, safe to say it's been an expensive day!!
