Quite disappointed this time and last time about the appauling hair colour results. The colour i have now is not what i wanted they even made me pay extra for a toner but i am so unhappy with the results. People ask me what happened to my hair! Also when i went they had too many women booked for a colour and only two sinks to wash off which meant i had to wait for 15 more min to wash my hair which of course impacted on my colour, the staff do not seem to get along with one another, really sad!
Great find. The venue itself is far from sleek and polished but it's perfectly fine, and more importantly my cut and blow dry was on par with others I've had at triple the price so can't knock at all. Definitely worth giving them a try!
Easy to use - could book an appointment for the next day. No issues around payment. Excellent salon in the heart of London for a good price. No fuss, good service. Offered lots of drinks and magazines.
Best hair cut I've ever had hands down! So amazed by the outcome, John is such a superstar, he does stuff no one else can do with my hair, he is an artist and consummate professional. Honestly never been so happy coming out of a salon. Will absolutely recommend to all friends and family!!
I booked a wash cut and blow dry after reading the good reviews. I arrived a few minutes before my haircut, telling the oriental girl on the reception I had arrived. I waited for fifteen minutes and it was quite clear that none of the stylists were anywhere near finished. I asked the oriental girl what was going on, she told me there had been a mix up and it would be another ten- fifteen minutes. She didn't apologise, didn't offer me a drink and just left me to sit there for half an hour in total before someone came over and started washing my hair. I hadn't even spoken to the person who was supposed to cut my hair so they hadn't seen me or my hair before it was wet, felt the texture, style, length or asked me what I wanted. I also didn't even get offered a glass of water in the whole time I was there which with the wait was over an hour and a half which is not acceptable in warm weather. The haircut itself was fine but nothing amazing. At the end the guy cutting my hair apologised for me having to wait but by this time I was already annoyed having been there for an hour and a half without a simple apology and had missed the train I was planning to take. Very poor. I would never go back and wouldn't recommend it Im afraid. Perhaps the salon think they are too cool and edgy to provide good service.
