I'm very satisfied with my new hairstyle. However, I've to pay 20 pounds more on top of the package I bought from Treatwell, as the staff said it is restyling, not just cutting/trimming. I hope the service can be more detailed on the website in the future.

Absolutely the WORST haircut I have ever had, my hair has been completely butchered. The stylist didn't listen to my request when I asked for a trim and cut well over 1.5 inches off. The stylist cut layers into my hair (which I didn't ask for) and I can guarantee a child could have done a better job. It is so bad that people have been asking what happened to my hair! Avoid this hairdressers at all cost.

I tried Gusto after a recommendation from a work colleague and wasn't disappointed. Daniel there did my hair and he did an excellent job. Great value too! I've already re-booked!

Quickest highlights I've ever had as usually spend hours in a chair waiting which was a massive plus and amazing value for money! Very pleased with the colour and an amazing deal!
