Booked on the same day, and enjoyed an AMAZING blow-dry. All of my friends were amazed at how good my hair looked, and £19 for a wash and blow-dry in Soho is the stuff of myths, so well done Gusto!

Waited 25 minutes before I got seen without any apology from staff, offer for a drink etc. It was just bad customer service, it wasn't that they were too busy, they were half empty and the receptionist couldn't care less. My hairdresser was brilliant & did an excellent blow dry but he doesn't normally work there so as a result I wouldn't visit again. There are far better salons in soho that care about customer service & have brilliant hairdressers - go to one of those instead.
