Waited 25 minutes before I got seen without any apology from staff, offer for a drink etc. It was just bad customer service, it wasn't that they were too busy, they were half empty and the receptionist couldn't care less. My hairdresser was brilliant & did an excellent blow dry but he doesn't normally work there so as a result I wouldn't visit again. There are far better salons in soho that care about customer service & have brilliant hairdressers - go to one of those instead.

Really friendly salon with nice staff. Very attentive! My stylist was really competent and thorough and didn't rush. Was well looked after during my visit. Overall really happy with my hair cut. The salon itself could maybe do with a sprucing up.

Great little salon amidst the crowds of Piccadilly. The staff offered great service throughout; very welcoming, taking your coat and offering drinks. Wanted a fresh new look and was given a lovely cut, blow dry and styling for a fantastic price. Had a few mysterious stains on my top but staff were very apologetic about it. Thank you!
