Absolutely terrible experience. i left crying and feeling horrendous. Even the people at the desk couldnt look me in the eye when i paid!
The lady that cut my hair isnt even on their website, and do not think she should be cutting hair. I now have a very short mushroom-like bob that makes my face look fatter. no care was taken whatsoever. from beginning of consultation till leaving my chair was less than 25mins! she got soap in my eyes, pulled my hair when cutting ripping some of it out of my scalp, and left me covered in hair. the cut looks like it was made by a kid. i now need to spend more money again to fix it, as i cant walk around like this! i look horrible! worst experience i have EVER had at a hairdressers! i dont know about any of the other stylists. i was originally supposed to see John, but unfortunately i was stuck with this very unprofessional woman. I still cant believe how bad it was! it is not until i see myself in the mirror that i really realise those 20mins were true and not a nightmare. Hair does grow, but till then i look like a scarecrow! I cant believe i have spent money on making myself feel so upset...
really good head massage and nice cut! The staff member that did my hair was really nice and friendly and took care in her work!
