Well the abilities of the stylist was clear. He listened to what I wanted and even helped me work out how long the style would last.And did a great job on giving me the finish i wanted.However I felt really awkward at times. The stylist was a little stand-offish and the guy on the reception asked me for drinks and then had no idea what a latte was. but these are small negatives that don't take anything away from the fact that all and all... its a job well done

Great experience, lovely staff and great hairdresser - I had the Greek guy - Ianos? Amazing value for money, look out for the mid week deals as you won't find better prices than these for a quality service in London. Will be going back, definitely recommended.

From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome offering beverages etc. I had Ionas who is extremely friendly and professional. He knew what suited me and I felt really looked after. He was brilliant, best haircut I've had in years! he really knew what he was doing and did a better job then I expected. I also got some great tips how to care for my hair! l left feeling really pampered and I highly recommend gusto to everyone!

My hair looks really lovely, the foils were put in differently than what I'm used to but in the end it was a lovely result. All the staff are very friendly and attentive
