Great service for the price I payed. The only criticism is that when he blowed dried my hair, it was quite rough and the head of the hairdryer was very close to my scalp quite a lot of the times making me flinch from the burn. The styling was another small issue as I asked for wavy style. I assumed he was going to use the hair straighteners but he blow dried it curly make it very voluminous and turned out to be very curly, it didn't suit me at all, luckily he was able to fix it afterwards.

I had a lovely experience, Carmel was very friendly and listened to what I wanted and took her time with my cut. The head massage was a lovely extra and I felt very relaxed and pampered, will definitely return :)

I booked the appointment with a specific hairdresser during my lunch break and when I got there, I was informed that that hairdresser didn't work on Wednesdays (so be careful if you're booking someone specific). I then waited 20 minutes and was finally seen by another hairdresser. I only wanted a trim and the guy followed my instructions and dealt with my haircut and blow dry quite quickly. I also received an apology from the receptionist along with a small refund for the delay which I really appreciated. It's definitely worth the mid week discount but keep in mind it might be busy.
