Gusto has an amazingly friendly staff and I had a great result with the Brazilian Blow Dry. Would def come back
I love coming to Gusto. The service is fantastic, the people are great. I am always happy with the colour and style when I walk out. I booked my next appointment already!
Good location. They were a bit busy and my appt was 20 mins late to start, so a bit annoying if you were tight on times.
Went for a haircut after work, they listened to exactly what I wanted and I really liked it! In and out within 30 mins - perfect!
I have been in search of a good hair cut in central... Close to work and reasonable in prices but a quality cut... I found it!! MIKE was great, didn't try to make the small talk which I don't like as I can't ever hear anyway so I could just relax and enjoy... I said just take what's needed as I had some bad ends and boy did he but he checked with me first and as much as I was nervous my hair feels great again (I've been places where I say take a lot and they just skim the ends leaving the bad ends so my hair feels as bad as it did when I went in!) He listened as well, I loved that... And not just a nod along... I mentioned something I was unsure on and he left me to think about it but cake back to it to see what I decided (I chickened out of a sweeping fringe as I've been growing one out for ages... But so many places have just said naa don't or ignored my "I'm thinking of cutting it back in" the fact he listened ticked a big box for me) But it wasn't just Mike, the place was busy but nice with a great face on the door And I was offered a drink, sounds silly but I haven't been offered in many salons around London and although I didn't want one it was another tick in the box to be asked :) Thank you Mike!
