Fab colour, blow dry and hair cut as always. Salon has also been re furbished since i last went and makes it a much better experience!

The experience was OK but I was disappointed with the highlights.
The stylist told me I wouldn't need toner, but when she washed off the bleach (I only wanted regrowth) the colour did not match my current hair colour at all. I did then have a toner put on, which helped a bit but still didn't really match. I basically still have roots but just look like my 'natural' hair colour that's come through is lighter.

This is my third visit, and I honestly just love it here. Great staff who are friendly and very knowledgeable. Great consultation - kindly suggesting when they thought bunkers wouldn't suit me but offering something else which I love! Great techniques for colour and cut, fantastic conditioning treatment and I came out with hair I love, that everybody is commenting on! Going back for my 4th visit for sure!
