friendly and welcoming and great style and cut - very happy.
slightly running behind schedule when I arrived but only by about 10 minutes which for a London hairdresser is really good.
Quite small and very busy but very friendly so not really an issue - more focus on efficient high quality cut and blow dry than a glamorous luxury long experience - exactly what I was looking for.

Had a great experience at the salon. Was very busy when i got there had to wait about half an hour after my appointment time but i wasn't in a rush so didn't care. Staff were lovely. Kim did my hair. Left the salon feeling great with a new hair do!
