I have to say that the best part of my experience was the very friendly receptionist. I have to wait 15 min after my scheduled appointment time but the receptionist apologised and in the end offered to book me an uber to take me to my dinner appointment in Covent Garden. The hair cut was good as was the blow dry. I will be going back.

friendly and welcoming and great style and cut - very happy.
slightly running behind schedule when I arrived but only by about 10 minutes which for a London hairdresser is really good.
Quite small and very busy but very friendly so not really an issue - more focus on efficient high quality cut and blow dry than a glamorous luxury long experience - exactly what I was looking for.
