The good points were: friendly salon and staff, prompt and friendly service, a wonderful head massage during the treatment and lovely soft hair following the treatment. The lady that washed my hair was very gentle which was great as my hair beaks very easily.
The not so good points: the cut isn't great - I did state that I have been trying to grow it and agreed an amount to be cut off to remove the straggly ends, however a good 2 inches has been cut off which was a lot more than I expected and a bit excessive. Also, the blow dry didn't style my hair at all - I could tell the stylist was struggling to understand me so I gave up and said "just dry it straight" but I expected more from this than blasting it poker straight and doing nothing to shape the ends.
For £23 this really wasn't bad (my hair is still super soft), it just wasn't very good either and has re-affirmed my belief that I need to stick with my regular (pricier) hairdresser.

I was not happy with the hairdresser. Next time I'll look into the individual hairdressers further. I may go back to the same place, but not the same staff member
