Bita did a great job at blow drying and styling my hair. In terms of the actual haircut I wish she had communicated a bit more as to what exactly she was doing as she thinned out my hair quite a lot which never looks good on my naturally wavy hair, overall the haircut was good though although the whole appointment felt very rushed.

It was my first time there. Staff was not well trained in my opinion.
Felt like he didn't know what he was doing with my hair.
He wasn't gentle to my hair at all. I found that i pained my head from hair pulling while i had a blow dry from him. The style did not last the whole night. I had a blow dry somewhere else before and it was even last till the next day. I don't think i will back there again. Thank you.

I have always had a pleasant experience at Gusto. This was my 3rd visit and I was not disappointed. Always asked if I wanted something to drink, well taken care of from the time I entered the salon. I chose Emile to do my cut, style and blow dry. Boy! I'm very pleased with the results (loads of positive comments received). Professional, thorough and polite - that's what I like! I would like to also highlight the kind gesture of one of the lady stylist (sorry, I forgot her name) - while I waiting for my conditioning treatment to work in, she wrapped my head in a towel so that I didn't end up catching a cold. That's why it deserves a 5-star.

I have been here a few times and I just absolutely love Gusto and I have been very lucky to have Ionas do my hair each time, he is just fantastic and so passionate in his work.. Will definitely be back again.. Thank you!!!
