The place is wonderful and in a great location! The staff were really attentive and even offered coffee or tea. The cut and scalp treatment was wonderful, however, we ran into a little miscommunication when cutting my fringe and it ended up being shorter than desired. However, after a few days, it's settled into a more gamine look, which is refreshing (plus my hair grows fast! so it'll grow into the desired length within a month or so).

Would say this salon offers the best highlights in London, and their pricing is astounding, almost unheard of for anywhere in London, let alone yards by Piccadilly Circus! Been a few times now and their stylists are all extremely friendly but more importantly highly skilled. The general service is second to none, nice welcome followed by multiple glasses of fizz on the house. Can’t recommend this place enough, best in town, particularly for highlights!

Extremely disappointed with my haircut at Gusto. I was really looking forward to but they ended up destroying my very nice haircut. I have never had any one telling me my haircut looks bad and had so many people commenting how bad it is since i went there. The stylist was really nice and friendly but she had absolutely no technical knowledge and the cut is horrendous. I have spots with more hair and volume than others, my layers are gone out of the window and dont make any sense anymore, my fringe has 3 different lengths and is so short that I can't hide the differences, i have new tufts where I never had any before because the lengths are all wrong... in a nutshell: avoid!
