Very attentive staff that listened to what I wanted. The venue is small but service was perfect. Even got a little glass of bubbly to fully relax. I booked another appointment whilst I was there. My new regular hair dressers. They do really late appointments too!

I had a wash cut and blow dry. The stylist was lovely and listened to what I wanted carefully. She was attentive throughout and I felt at ease. Would recommend this salon.

I had an haircut with Mike on Thursday at 6. He was really friendly but the haircut it s completely wrong. It s not an issue of length, it s a completely different haircut from the one I asked for and I showed him, ( I can provide pictures). Moreover it s technically wrong.
I was so shocked when I saw the haircut... I tell him that it was wrong, not only too short but completely different, I asked him the technically difference between the one I asked for and the one he did and he couldn't reply and he just tell me that it will be better once I ll blow dry myself. I just run away from there, I wrote an email to them the day after for a refund and I didn t received a reply.
The Luxury Conditioning Treatment had nothing to do with a luxury Treatment, the wash and the treatment and in general everything was really hasty. The venue is tiny, just on the side of a "massage" place and don t reflect the glamour image of the website, or of the picture on Treatwell it's a really small place, the stylist stay on your side while wash you hair and not in the back of the basin because there is not space instead while cut your hair the stylist have to turn you on each side with the chair because he don t have space on the side, all my cut hair were inside my bag.
The fact that I went there with an offer doesn't mean that the service can be poor. I was looking for my new hairdressing salon near my office but after this experience.... Unfortunately they can t give me back my hair but as I asked I hope in a refund.
