I've been here a couple of times and even though I always have someone different do my hair I'm always pleased. The only drawback is that they can overbook and keep you waiting for up to 45 mins but I accept that for the really great price and good results.

Never again! The worst haircut ever! Wish I could get my money back so I can go to a proper hairdresser. Forget about the luxury conditioning treatment, one hour = 20 mins waiting + 40 mins of a bad service. I understand they were maybe short of staff but they couldn't properly look after customers who had booked they appointments and where taking more walk-in customers. Why ?!? Can't say it was a bad luck as the guy who was looking after my hold a scissors like a five years old, and it was too late to run away when I relased it. Do not forgot to bring a measure tape with you! I showed/told him 1cm and he chopped off 3cm. You don't want to hear from you partner, family, friends, ...... 'It is not that bad'.
The award winning salon?! Really?!?! Btw if they offer you a glass of wine, don't say no, you will need it.
