This treatment was given very reluctantly by the staff member. I had booked an offer through treatwell and they were clearly very unhappy with the price I had paid. They were confrontational about the price I had paid and argued with me about providing the blow dry I had paid for. This was a birthday treat and was very disappointing & uncomfortable experience. I will not be returning. If there is an issue with pricing or an offer, it should be raised with management - not directed at the customer.

My hair is alive again, thanks to the “Gusto” chain I can finally achieve a healthy, cascading smoothing, Raven hair. Lodi always manages to give me a runway-ready hairstyle! To get luscious hair looks in London this is the hair chain to call on. Ps. Loyal customer since 2019.
