This is my 3rd visit to Gusto, again it was a great experience and well priced for central London. Very professional and the conditioning treatment does wonders for tired hair.
Staff were all very friendly, I was warned they were running 10 mins late on arrival...this turned out to be 25 mins which was slightly annoying,...the Brazilian blow dry itself was very good and Emize (my stylist) was very friendly, very pleased with the results so far and nice you can wash out same day...and not leave for 3 days like most Brazilian blow dries! I will return if the results last as well as they look now!
I was a bit dissapointed with the interior of the salon. It looks a bit dowdy and needs a touch of paint and some better lighting. The towels also all have bleach and color stains on them which is a bit unsightly. I did however get a great haircut so cannot complain too much. A small bit of investment goes a long way..
It's a very small space so can get very loud especially when a couple of hairdryers are on at the same time! It can also get quite misty and foggy with all the heat. Having said that, the staff are really nice and friendly. The woman who cut my hair was really nice as well and did a great job! :)
It's based in a really good location and my stylist Sara was extremely helpful, honest and dedicated to achieving excellent results. There was a slight complication with the bleaching in the beginning (slightly gingerish results), but two toners later and Sara doing everything she could to put it right, I left the salon very happy with the end result. The experience was great value for money at only £70 for a cut, colour, treatment and blow dry
