Received good advices and liked the haircut. The place is not the best hairdresser place I have been to but job has been done. You don't go there for atmosphere at all.. Simple and efficient

The hairdresser was lovely & polite, so feel bad writing a bad review, but I was definitely disappointed in the service I received - water was cold during my wash and I don't think I received a conditioning treatment, though I had been booked in for one (unless the conditioning treatment was just having regular conditioner put in my hair and washed out straight away?!). I just wanted a simple trim & upkeep on my existing layers, however it now looks like my hair has just been lopped off at the ends and is now very blunt & boofy - I will have to get my hair recut in the next week or so or it will be unmanageable. The blowdry was also one of the worst I've had at a professional salon - normally I leave with my hair feeling glossy and amazing, but I left Gusto with dry, dead looking hair with so many flyaways and knots in my hair!

I love this salon, always pleased with the results. Ionas is a magician and transformed my locks - my blow dry lasted all week and the colour was spot on. Great find in Soho!
