I love my new haircut and colour. It was quite a change from what I went in with but I was made to feel in good hands and love the new look! My blow dry lasted so well and meant I could go to a wedding the next day with my hair looking good :)

I really like the haircut, it looks nice and the hairdresser is very fast and efficient. I was also compensated by the owner when my appointment was running late.

This was supposed to be a "luxury" treatment, but I found it quite rushed. The hairdresser did not take much time when cutting my hair, and was also quite rude when she tried to charge me an extra £10 for toner. This was not made clear on the booking, and I was made to feel guilty for not wanting to spend more money. She was also quite rude about my hair.
The finished result was fine, but I wasn't overly happy with it, and didn't feel like the service had been great.
