Amazing colour at at amazing price. Emile was great and gave me the exact finish I was looking for. They offered to give the same price for my next visit too which is fantastic. As it is so popular though, I did have to wait half an hour past before my appointment started but as long as you aren't in a rush to finish quickly it's not a problem. Thanks again Emile!

Poor communication skills of hairstylist, asked for long layers and showed a photo - ended up with a wonky fringe and uneven hair all over. Stylist focused on speed rather than quality. Have had to go elsewhere to fix. Towels used on me had bleach stains on them. Not offered a drink although other clients were. When I expressed my 'surprise' at the result, hairstylist held her hands up and said 'I showed you what I was going to do' rather than ask what she could do to remedy. Rushed to pay as her next client had arrived. Came home and cried - it was that kind of experience. Unbelievable for an award winning salon! Will never go back and will actively discourage my friends and family.
