Staff were arguing and seemed stressed out and exhausted. My hairdresser was slightly aggressive towards me. The place was very poorly kept and I could see that their storage cupboard was a complete mess. However, the quality of the treatment was very good and my hairdresser did a great job on my highlights.

Have now visited GUSTO twice - and on both occasions (having been highly recommended to ask for Ionas) I have been absolutely delighted with my Colour, Cut, hair treatment & on my last visit he did the most incredible blow drying treatment too - I'm 50 & I have NEVER had a blow dry that has been so superb & lasted so long. Thank you Ionas you are a magician 😘
Very happy with my haircut. Was a bit worried at first as I've never been here before and I went from very long hair to a shoulder length bob with an undercut, but the hairdresser, I think his name was Tony, did a great job!
I did have to have my appointment rescheduled for a week later as they were understaffed and then waited for about half an hour for my turn as it was busy, but they do offer drinks (tea, coffee, water, even wine) so I didn't even mind, it was worth the wait.
