Staff were pleasant but I do prefer when I get a scalp massage when being shampooed. The conditioning treatment was great and left my hair super soft but I really didn't like the blow dry because I left the salon looking worse than when I went in apart from shorter hair. I used straighteners to see how the cut was and it was very blunt and the layers were not flowing through. I also hate it when hairdressers but serum or hairspray on my hair.

I was a bit worried about what I'd find at this salon after reading many bad reviews after booking, but I was pleasantly surprised. The salon itself isn't the greatest- it could probably do with a thorough clean or an update. The boiler had broke so I was forced to wash the colour out of my hair with cold water. Other than that, all my treatments were spot on. Sarah did an amazing job- I can't fault it. Would return again.
Staff was friendly and attentive as usual. Haircut was as I wanted it to be.

Didn't understand my request so hair ended up being completely different from what I wanted. I made it very clear what I wanted but English was not his first language and he did it all wrong. Didn't offer to fix it either
