Yiannis was a nice man who bothered to get all the knots out of my hair and check with me if all was good. Easy going and gave me what I wanted.

Had Ombre and cut/blow dry, Cut was not included in the Ombre so had to pay an additional £26 which was fine but good to know beforehand. Colour is good, well blended. Took around 2.75 hours. Salon is very busy with multiple clients serviced simultaneously by each stylist flitting between which can delay things a bit longer than necessary but will go to the salon again. Ideally on a quieter day if possible though.

Been here twice before and had a great experience but this time not so great, highlights are very brassy despite having a toner applied and the first time in years I have had to go home and redo the blow dry which was very old fashioned. Will come here again but will be careful about selecting a staff member next time. Venue, location and pricing all great.

I was seen by Yiannis last Friday - not only was he incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive but he chose a really lovely colour for my hair and finished it off with a perfect cut - I am a very happy customer and would recommend Yiannis to anyone!

This was my second visit to the salons. First time, I asked to only cut off an inch of hair, but I left with about 3 inches cut off, this was because my hairdresser was disliked long hair and ignored my request for only a trim.
My 2nd visit, I was sure to be more specific about what I wanted, and stated I wanted my hair thinned SLIGHTLY, but unfortunately the hairdresser completely reduced the thickness of my hair by about half it's volume.
Luckily, I'm not too fussed about my hair, so on both occasions I didn't complain, but I know some people would be devastated. I suggest being really clear on what you want, and keep reminding the hairdressers as they seem to cut hair according to their personal preference rather than what you asked for.
I still think the Salon was clean, the staff are great and it is value for money (as long as you get what you asked for!)
