The salon is very close to Picadilly Circus and with easy access. They were very punctual and started doing my hair right away. I showed a picture of what I wanted to have done, that was an Ombre treatment but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. I was not happy with the outcome at all. However, the manager came immediately to talk to me and tried to calm me down. He was very nice, polite and professional. He asked me to go home and wash It a couple of times and if I was still dissatisfied, they would book me in for another appointment to get another treatment. I went back yesterday and got it fixed. I cant remember the name of the Bulgarian stylist but he is very nice and knowledgeable and did everything in his power to make me happy. I really appreciated their attitude and would definitely go back
