Gusto always delivers good hair cuts, the atmosphere isn't all that but then you are only paying £30 for a wash, cut and blow dry which is incredible value in London. The conditioning treatment feels more like them putting some conditioner on your hair (like normal) and then leaving it on under a hotel shower cap and towel for 3 minutes before washing it off, my hair felt no more conditioned or in better shape and the smell was negligible. But still it is all £30 so really it's fine. Staff are friendly and very competent.
