So the options you get when booking a cut are - short, medium and long- so I booked for a long hair. The only thing stated here is - "For very long hair (close to waist length) an additional £10 charge will apply" In no way my hair was very long or even close to my waist, plus I got thin hair so a voluminous hair wasn't the case either.
As the hair stylist Yiannis was washing my hair he said I would have to pay extra because my hair was long, I said that none of it was stated in the website and that I already paid for long hair and he replied that would be ok not to pay. I just want to clarify that is not about the money, if you want to charge more do it here and put the accurate price instead of making people feel uncomfortable.
Service felt rushed and the "Luxury Conditioning Treatment" was more like a normal conditioning left for no more than 3 min.
Blow dry was good. Would never go back.
