Soo pleased with my cut, the best I've ever had! Hadn't been to Gusto for over a year due to a placement abroad, even so, they're as bright ad breezy as ever. Some new staff (the guy I normally have is on holiday) but the whole experience was above and beyond my expectations, still amazing value and simply amazing cuts! Love this place.

They are always running late and trying to squeeze people in. It's very hot in there. I've had one ok cut/blow dry and one was terrible.

Good haircut with lots of discussion about what I wanted. I wasn't offered a drink or magazine but I felt my haircut was very focussed on and I came away with a good style that will last. I booked with a specific person but when I got there they weren't there and so someone else did it. This is the fourth time that's happened. All in all I would go back because the stylists are skilled at what they do.
