Terrible compared to previous visits. I shouldn't have tracks in my hair from where the highlights were put in. They were left in longer than thry were soppose to be, so actually blonder at the root! Blow dry was non existance. Had to get the free service in Boots to curl my hair for volume and get some hairpray. The haircexpert in Boots was surprised there wasn't more layering in the front. Would like to get a refund but doubt that will happen.

Mird cut my hair and did a fantastic job, did exactly what I asked for and was very quick and professional. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning.
