I've waited too much before anyone took care of me at arrival, but them I was proposed the hairdresser I asked for. But this saloon could be cleaner and better maintained globally. I was also surprised the lady who washed my hairs heavily insisting if I had a Brazilian blow dry here otherwise she would not want to use a sulfate free shampoo I was asking for, this is ridiculous, what the point of having different shampoo if not to adapt it to the clients hair type? Was disappointed this time, while I went there yet, not sure I will go back. The blow dry didn't last a night neither. Sorry.
I had a full-head coloring, the result is great, I really like the colour Yiannis blended, although the dye did make my hair really dry afterwards (in comparison with other full-head permanent colouring I did elsewhere). The venue is clean and compact, every stylist is friendly and nice, though the lack of a proper receptionist who answers calls, checks/organizes bookings, etc can be rather unhelpful for customer experience. Each stylist is generally busy with his/her own customer and not able to offer much other help (e.g. handling enquiries, walk-ins, booking conflicts, communication, etc). Overall, it's still a positive experience for me, and a full-head colour treatment for just £50 is a real bargain, plus the central location is great help.
