I asked for a blue balayage and ended up with a balayage that was blue, green and YELLOW! When I contacted Gusto with photos of the hair asking for it to be fixed. I was told that they had forgot to charge me for colouring the hair (on top of what I paid through treatwell for a balayage, because apparently they don’t consider the colouring of the hair aka toner to be part of a balayage) so if I want to get it fixed I’ll need to pay. I didn’t want to pay them anymore money so declined.

Olympia was lovely and she talked me through every step of the haircut, making sure I liked it. Also great head massage when getting my hair washed. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been to this place twice, always with Olympia. I asked for a French bob and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Plus, she's really nice and friendly, and knows how to make you feel comfortable. There is a really nice atmosphere in this place. I highly recommend it.
