Carlos was fantastic- he gave me a great blow-dry. However, the price I paid at the Salon (£25) was not the price stated on the Treatwell website (£18.75 for long hair). When I queried the price, I was shown another pricing system that Gusto had through Treatwell, which is not the one on the website! Anyhow, i didn't quibble as I was happy with the fab job Carlos did. Please look into the price inconsistency!

Was a great overall experience however the lady cutting my hair had to keep going to greet new customers and answer the phone so an hour appointment turned into 1.5hrs. But otherwise another great experience at gusto!
