I got a dark brown and dark caramel balayage/ombré and also a haircut by Yasmina who was very friendly and sweet. She took her time and listened to exactly how I wanted it. The salon was easy to find and the staff were friendly. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely go back.

This is the second time I have used Gusto. Fantastic staff and brilliant value for money. It can get very busy but it is worth the wait.

I've been using this salon for 1-2years and previously been happy but recently staff quality has declined and this time I told the guy how I wanted it blowdried and his response was "oh someone else will have to do it" - I only wanted it blow dried with a bit of volume and loose waves, nothing complicated.
Anyway I let him do it what he called his way and I wasn't in love with it but he said the curls would drop out as my event was the next morning but within 10minutes of leaving the salon it had all totally come out and it looked a big horrible fly away mess. When I got home I had to wash and do it myself so I wasted my evening and money. Definitely caution over the staff you get here which is a shame as I've been a big fan of this salon and previously recommended it highly to friends and colleagues.
