Love my new haircut. Had about 3 inches taken off and a great blow dry with lots of volume. The salon was running late and I had to wait about 30 min, which is not ideal. I said to the manager I would have appreciated a phone call in advance, and they were very apologetic and gave me an additional conditioning treatment and a partial refund. My stylist was friendly and did a great job. They made up for the long wait and I would go back.

I always love coming to Gusto. I wasn't seen to until half an hour after my appointment time, and heir toilets could do with a bit of a refurb though, but apart from that great experience.
