The staff were great and really friendly. Also dealt with an extremely rude customer with amazing professionalism. Despite my arriving almost an hour early, they were happy to accommodate and pulled up my appointment.

I went to Gusto to do Man's wash and Haircut. Staff there is really friendly and polite. As for mans haircut, hairdressers doesn't always wash it, but in Gusto they did, which is good. Price was very reasonable for mans wash and cut. Hairdresser was really nice, talkative and asked carefully what result I want to get. The haircut itself was good but not 100 % what I wanted. However, the chair that I was sitting at was a bit broken and it was hard to sit straight. In addition, whole salon is really small and there is not much space.

Got a great haircut and am very pleased with it! Only downside was that I had to wait 10 minutes due to some scheduling complications but everything else was great. Will definitely be going back again!
