The haircut and highlights were good, but I had to wait around a lot. I had the option of booking for either 5.30 or 6.15 and chose 5.30 as I knew it would take a long time and wanted to be home in a reasonable time. I waited around for 25 minutes while my hairdresser finished off someone else - and then later on after my highlights were out and hair rinsed I had to sit for another 30 minutes while she washed, cut and finished someone else's hair. It felt like if they had started on time and not tried to squeeze so many people in I could have finished an hour earlier.
Otherwise, the place was nice. Bit cramped, but I'm pleased with the results, it was just the waiting around that was a pain.

My wash, blow dry and style was great - got me party ready! I would say the lady hairdresser that looked after me was a bit slap dash, poking my face by accident quite a few times and not even acknowledging it but overall I really like Gusto hairdressing for their service. £25 for a style was a tiny bit expensive though.

Great cut from a really nice hairdresser. I had the wash, cut and luxury condition, and came out with silky soft hair. Great cut and experience for a great price, will definitely be going back.

I'm really happy with the colouring I had done but I don't think the cut or blow dry was up to standard. I actually tied my hair up after leaving the salon because I was so unhappy about how my hair was dried even after giving detailed instructions.
