Had a really really positive experience at gusto. I had the wash, conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry and was over the moon with it. My lovely stylist Kimberly was so great - she really listened to what I wanted and spent time making sure I was completely content with the cut she was giving me. The conditioning treatment was lovely and the cut looked great afterwards. The staff all made youfeel welcome and was lovely to be not only tea or coffee, but also to be given some popcorn during my treatment - really nice touch! Overall I thoroughly recommend Gusto -and Kimberly!

Great experience, was very busy when I got there but didn't have to wait at all, really attentive staff and Kimberly understood exactly what I wanted! Didn't particularly like the blow dry, but the cut and conditioning treatment was great.
